General Information

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping (in case the shipping is not for free) will be collected with the purchase. 

Arrival Day - Delivery Details

On the date of arrival, the courier will bring your package to the street curb of your address. If extended services are desired please contact our customer service.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Shipping Group 1:

Belgium, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland

Shipping Group 2:

Hungary, Netherlands, Austria, Czechia, Germany, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia

Return

30-Days Return Policy 

Om Home & Garden will accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original and resellable condition.

Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer, who will also be responsible for arranging the shipping back to our store.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase or refunded to the original payment method of the customer. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Om Home & Garden will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid.

 

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

If this is the case, once we have processed the claim, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

    For many of our pieces, we use recycled materials to contribute to the protection our environment.
    In these cases, you will find beautiful variations of different colors and unique patches of paint residues, giving our pieces an authentic vintage look.

  • Natural Mango or Teak Wood

    This is a natural product made of mango or teak wood, which means that every piece is absolutely unique. Knotholes, unevenness and very minimal ruptures or separations in the wood grain enhance the individuality of each piece.
